Rilo's 3rd Birthday

Well, just found these on our desktop from all the way back in February.  They've grown so much in the last 6 months!!   This year we just had family parties for both kids.  The plan was to have one big party...a housewarming party, plus Adam, Collier and Rilo's birthdays.  But we were still getting settled and by the time we were settled enough, we left for the summer.

It was nice to keep it simple though this year.  I'm sure we'll do something fun for their birthdays in 6 months!  I don't know what I was doing...I wish I would've taken a little nicer photos but these are still cute!

Collier's 1st Birthday

This year we kept it simple for birthdays.  Adam had just returned from out of town so we had a simple birthday for Collier and Adam.  Collier is a big chocolate lover, as it turns out.  He had a great time trying out some cake!

She somehow knew to blow the candle out at the right moment!

She was such a little ham during the party.  She smiled and danced and talked for everyeone!  She had her first taste of cake and somehow managed to swipe some cookies.  Poor girl's body couldn't handle it...she's never really had sugar like that.  We try and feed her mostly organic and healthy foods so I think it must have been a shock to her system.  Later that evening she barfed alllll over our living room rug.  Yuck! 

Rilo Turns One!

Happy birthday yesterday little Rilo Jane!  We will be doing her 1 year photos in the next few days and I will get up the official post.  But here are some pictures of what she looks like at 1 year!
